• Respect intellectual property rights and refrain from unauthorized content distribution.

User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Modelara a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and host it for service provision.

This license allows Modelara to display, distribute, and modify content as necessary to operate the services.

Users are solely responsible for their submitted content and ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Modelara may remove content that violates terms or upon receipt of valid complaints.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to Modelara’s services, including software, designs, and activity, remains the sole property of Modelara or its licensors.
